Chloe.

Chloe Sullivan was naturally curious from a young age. Anything out of the ordinary always caught her attention. Her curiosity would always get her in troubling situations, but the natural desire to do anything to expose the truth was a necessary quality to have if she was ever going to get her dream job of being a hard hitting reporter for the Daily Planet. Although as Chloe got older she started to understand that some of the truth should never be revealed to the public, the realization that hit her after she found out her best friend is an alien from another planet. Chloe’s loyalty to her friends is strong as they make up for the family structure she hasn’t had since she was a child. In High School if Chloe Sullivan knew your secret then it would most likely be on the front page of the next edition of the school newspaper. Since she now has a better understanding of the value of keeping secrets, people find it easy to confide in her because they know she will take their secrets to the grave. Her loyalty to her friends extends beyond just keeping secrets. Chloe has sacrificed her life on a number of occasions to save her friends, toying with the possibility that her meteor power will not bring her back to life. Chloe often crosses boundaries by keeping surveillance on anyone and everyone, including her friends. Snooping around has its consequences but Chloe stands by her reasoning for keeping an eye on everyone. The loser sidekick she once was is no more, now she is in the center of it all- the big leagues. Breaking the law doesn’t cross her mind, in the back of the mind she feels invisible when in reality people are already following this Watchtower thing. Some people have figured out she is Watchtower, some of them are allies and some of them are enemies. Even faced with the possibility of being exposed, she still stands by her beliefs to work with The Justice League to save the world.

Chloe Sullivan is the only child of Moira and Gabe Sullivan, she moved to Smallville in 8th grade. Chloe was used to the glitz and glamour that came along with living in Metropolis all her life so moving to Smallville was a bit of a culture shock. One she quickly accepted once she discovered all the extra terrestrial things going on in the meteor capital. With a knack for all things weird, the up and coming journalist always had a hard hitting story to publish in her school newspaper. Working together with her best friend Clark Kent and Pete Ross, they investigated the weird and saved those who were in trouble because of the meteor-infected. Belle Reve probably stayed in business because of all the meteor freaks Chloe helped catch.

After high school Chloe was a reporter for the Daily Planet, her dream job. She started out on the bottom, literally. In high school Chloe had gotten a job at The Daily Planet as a columnist with the heavy influence of Lionel Luthor. While writing front page stories was her dream she was ok with starting from the bottom and working her way up like it should have been the first time. Chloe didn't stay with The Planet for long, against her will. Lex Luthor had her terminated to intimidate her.

Life took a turn after her termination, being blacklisted as a journalist she had to find another outlet. Chloe devotes her time to The Isis Foundation. Since finding out she too was a meteor-freak she had a whole new perspective on what she now referred to only as the meteor infected, or meta-humans. She's only used her powers a few times since then. With each time she seems to stay dead longer. And Clark makes sure she never ends up in a morgue again. By understanding anyone can have special powers it comes easy to her to council others so that they don't turn to the dark side like so many other meteor infected kids she has run into before. Chloe strongly believes there is a reason they have their powers and can do some good in the world.

In addition to running the Isis Foundation, Chloe also works with Billionaire Oliver Queen and his team of superheroes. They call her "Watchtower" because without her, they'd be shit out of luck. Chloe keeps an eye on everything they can't see, helping with the research and any hacking that's involved. Recently she was the definition of super genius, able to hack into the pentagon in under 10 seconds flat and read all their files in a minute. Unfortunately she found out it was because an alien had implanted information in her brain so that later he could inhabit it. When he was defeated, so was the super genius. Not to say that she is stupid, she still has all her skills. It just takes her a little longer to crack the code or hack into the pentagon.

Even without the alien inhabiting her brain space, life still got rough for Chloe when it should have been the happiest days of her life. Her marriage to her first love was short lived when Doomsday, the alter serial killer monster ego of Chloe's friend, Davis Bloome, decided to crash the wedding reception and steal the bride. While Chloe was returned to her groom Brainiac free her loyalty to her friends still got her in trouble. The two made up a little bit too late when the truth about every lie started to come out. Chloe had harbored Davis in her basement, and run away with him. She was the only thing that could keep Davis from transforming into a killer. Or so she thought, until she watched as Davis kill Jimmy and attempt to kill her after she had split Davis from his Doomsday side. Davis was a killer. Chloe would have died if Jimmy hadn't pulled away from the bright light long enough to kill Davis to stop him from killing her. Henry James Olsen died a hero. Chloe will never forget that.

The months following Jimmy's death proved to be tough on Chloe and her friends. For a few weeks she ended up on her own, not choosing to run away from her problems or turn to drinking like others had. Eventually she pulled the League back together when she helped their leader, The Green Arrow out of the drunken gutters long enough to realize the world needs a hero. Shortly after Chloe and Oliver became friends with benefits to keep things simple. But things never stay simple and Chloe is finding herself falling for the guy in green tights.

Empathic Healing - Chloe can heal any injury, though she rarely uses it. Only in life or death situations as she heals by transferring their injury to herself. Generally resulting in her being dead for an unknown period of time. Also incredibly skilled when it comes to computers and has been known to hack into various highly secured government computers.
